Frequently asked questions:

* I signed up for email subscription, but haven't received my first order discount code.  Can you help me?  - Of course!!  It may have gone to your junk mail.  If not, send us a text and state "1st order discount code" to 310-795-1534 (carrier fees may apply).

 

* How do you enter the "discount code" at checkout?  - At checkout page, click on "show order summary" at the top of the page.  Your shopping cart will show each items following the discount code box.

 

* What is your return policy? - Click here

 

* Can you modify an order once it is placed?  - Once an order is placed and processed, we cannot modify, adjust, or apply any discount to a processed order. 

 

* Do you offer wholesale? - Yes. Please click here

* Can multiple discount codes be used on a single order? - No. Only one discount code per order can be used.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

* Do you offer discounts to fitness instructors? Yes. Just send us a copy of your certificate and (if applicable) Instagram handle to socialmedia@girlonfireartwear.com or text to 310-795-1534 (carrier fees may apply).
