Shipping and Return Policy
COVID-19: We ask for your kind patience in the delivery of your shipment, as we try to limit shipping items to 3-4 times a week for safety reasons. Please, also, expect delays during the Holiday Season, due to demand. We try our best to ship items ASAP, but we cannot control 3rd parties' way of getting your goods to you. We are now offering free (economy) shipping for any domestic (USA) orders of $100 and above.
USA SHIPPING - We use several different shipping services. Rates are based on weight, location, and calculated at checkout.
Note: USPS, at times, mark their system "delivered" before actually delivering the goods. Please give it at least 1 or 2 more days before assuming your order is lost. Also, we are not responsible for any shipment lost if an order is marked "DELIVERED" by USPS - send us a message if you require signature confirmation once your order is placed.
Ground Shipping orders are delivered within 4-8 business days: 1-3 business days processing time, plus 3-5 business days shipping time. Order is shipped by the best available method for the shipping address, using USPS or UPS Ground. When available, we also offer Standard Overnight and 2-Day shipping. Standard Overnight and 2-Day orders require 1-3 business days processing time in addition to shipping time. Orders must be placed by 12pm PST Monday through Thursday for same-day processing.
At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
We are now offering free (economy) shipping for any international orders of $200 and above.

We are only able to ship international orders with the same billing and shipping address at the moment. Depending on what country you are in, if applicable, VAT is borne by you, the customer. Please send us an email, if you need us to provide more information on customs forms.
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely in love with your recent GIRL ON FIRE ARTWEAR purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached. GIRL ON FIRE ARTWEAR will gladly accept returns on unworn swimwear if it is in its original condition and all tags and packaging are intact.
Please note that "made to orders" (some preorders are considered "made to order") and sale/discounted (25% off & above, including wholesale) items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. For special returns approved by us, we may impose a restocking fee if we deem necessary. We inspect every item for defects before leaving our facility. Defective returns/exchanges will go through thorough inspection before a refund or store credit is issued. Due to the nature of the merchandise, all Wellness products are also considered Final Sale and may not be returned, including but not limited to beauty, cosmetics, culinary, health and massage products.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. Returns can be processed within a 30-day timeline, and your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 10 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from GIRL ON FIRE ARTWEAR.

We are happy to send you a prepaid return label for your return (if no exchange), but you will be charged $7.95 which will be deducted from your return credit.
